Friendly Reminder Tenant Requirements are:

• A move in date within 30 days of the listed move-in date.

• Good credit reports.

• 3x the monthly rent combined income.

• No past outstanding balances with landlords.

• A photo of your pet, if the property allows animals.

The owner follows HUD guidelines.

Property Management

How Does Lease Signing Work?

We know people are busy, so we make it EASY!

We use Docusign for electronic Lease signing. So you can sign when you have time.
and

All payments will be made through an online portal, using our Property Management software.

Funds due at Lease Signing:

• 1 full month's rent

• Deposit (one month's rent)

• Pet fees (if applicable)

• $150 lease signing fee

• Any other additional funds that are required by the lease.

Once all fees and the lease is signed by all parties, the property will be yours!
